Clinical availability depends upon the patient's physical location at the time of service, Dr. Albright's professional authorization in that jurisdiction, scope of practice, clinical appropriateness, and the nature of the requested service.
Minnesota
In-person evaluation and rehabilitation at select locations. Virtual clinical services are available to eligible patients throughout Minnesota.
Colorado
Virtual clinical services are available to eligible patients throughout Colorado. In-person visits may also be arranged at select Colorado locations.
Florida — Telehealth
Select telehealth services available for patients physically located in Florida at the time of service, subject to clinical appropriateness and the nature of the requested service. *This is not an in-person Florida office.
