For Attorneys
Clinical Injury and Med-Legal Consulting
Complex injury cases require more than a diagnosis and a collection of treatment records. Counsel must understand the injury mechanism, clinical findings, functional limitations, documentation quality, and how the evidence relates to the questions presented in the case.
How Dr. Albright Works With Attorneys
Dr. Albright's med-legal work is grounded in objective clinical evaluation. Opinions are based upon the information reviewed and the findings of any examination performed — not advocacy for a predetermined outcome.
He works primarily with personal-injury attorneys on plaintiff examinations, concussion and neurological injury evaluation, and clinical documentation. He also provides independent consultation, record review, and IME rebuttal analysis.
Deposition or testimony may be available when Dr. Albright is appropriately retained and qualified for the matter.
